The systems include loading ramps for vehicles with wheels or rubber or iron tracks, maintenance stations, and loading platforms.

ALUMINIUM LOADING RAMPS FOR WHEELED VEHICLES

Definitive CLM produces a whole set of ramps for loading and unloading vehicles with wheels or rubber tracks.

The offer is fully comprehensive and includes applications for light vehicles (garden machines, wheelchairs for the disabled, etc.) and applications for heavy vehicles (wheeled excavators, backhoe loaders, telescopic lifts, etc.).

The ramps may be provided with different types of support and:

  • without side-guards;

  • with two side-guards.

UNIVERSAL ALUMINIUM LOADING RAMPS

We offers its very own universal type of ramp that is one of a kind, because it can be used for vehicles with either steel tracks or wheels.

This type of universal ramp is suitable for most types of vehicle as it is of exclusive design and made of special aluminium alloys, providing the user with a single solution for the loading and unloading of vehicles in total safety.

CLEAN PASS ALUMINIUM LOADING RAMPS

The Clean Pass range of ramps has a sliding surface for the tyre/track comprising a special spaced grid that forms transverse slots on the entire surface of the ramp.

This prevents obstruction of the sliding surface with earth, stones, water or other materials and keeps the tyre clean, avoiding slippage during ascent, also without dirtying the floor of the truck.

Our Company has combined in a single product the need for standard ramps with side- guards and ramps without side-guards.

This type of ramp ensures the maximum flexibility of use of a ramp without side-guard, while also ensuring the safety offered by the external side-guard of the tyre or track.

ALUMINIUM LOADING RAMPS WITH SINGLE SIDE-GUARD AND RUBBER COATING

A type of ramp with single side-guard and entirely covered in rubber, in order to increase friction for the loading of compaction rollers.

It is recommended to also use a winch for the loading of compactor rollers.

ALUMINIUM LOADING RAMPS FOR LOADING VEHICLES WITH STEEL TRACKS ON TRAILERS AND LOADERS

A set of reinforced ramps with a load capacity of up to 50,000 kg, for loading heavy vehicles on trailers, semi-trailers and loaders.

The main fields of application are: construction, agriculture, real estate and many others. Thanks to their solid structure, the 21/23* series of ramps can be used for the loading and unloading of vehicles with steel tracks in total safety, even in the case of very heavy loads. They have a special anti-slip surface, designed to keep the track safe and prevent skidding during ascent and descent. Various types of support, mobile or hinged to the trailer, are also available.

LOAD - LINE MOBILE SERVICE STATION

The Load Line is a mobile service station for the loading and unloading of public works vehicles.
It is a single station for performing maintenance, washing, greasing and fuelling, with access to water, compressed air, electricity and diesel. Load Line can be completely disassembled to facilitate transport and transfer operations.

PONT LEVIS LOADING PLATFORM

Proposes Pont Levis, a manually operated loading platform in aluminium alloy for the loading and unloading of vehicles with steel tracks or wheels, compactor rollers or three-wheeled vehicles, from vehicles or Load-Line platforms.

Features:

  • Variable loading height from 90 cm to 150 cm.
  • Ground support wheels for moving.
  • Maximum load capacity: 16,000 kg.
